Day of Dicoveries on Naboo
Well, Deomo started his vacation. He left before the temple blessing ritual to pack his things and go. I will try to meet up with him. That pendant of his and I have "unfinished business". However, my promary concern is Maxell. He is trying to get off spice. He hasn'r had any in almost 3 days and in as many days has been acting so very very wierd. It must be the coming down from the spice.
Today, Max went pff with Cym to police another area and then to do spome space missions.
I decided to take the long way to Theed and bike cross-country. Gurr it a bit. I left Hendola in the direction of Theed. As I came onto the edge of Karen, I saw an amazing gazebo out in the plateau pond. I stood there for a bit and then commed Maxell to tell him what I found. It was beautiful! (waypoint: 1754, 2849) Off I went again toward Theed. ANd I came across the big Gungan temple. This time I looked around a bit more. I keep puzzling over the thing on the top of the temple. Many Gungan warriors were milling about. (waypoint: -264, 2780) I sent max another comm to tell him about it. From there, I sped over fields of grassl. The wind was hitting my face. I bent the reeds in the marsh and dodged trees as the wood then surrounded me. Then I came upon steep hills. Up. Down. Up. Down. Up. Down. *puke* Ug... I spotted a look-out platform and stopped there till my stomache settled. Max was worring about me. He could feel me ill. Thankfully, I didn't puke ON my bike. The lookout platforn is very near one of the many waterfals of Theed. (waypoint: -3974, 4390) The view from it was great... apreciable with a calmed stomach.
Oh my gods. Maxell was flying. I am SO sorry. I forgot I should camm people when they are in space! Dammit. The sights were so interesting and exciting new discoveries that it completely skipped my mind! I am sorry Max!
In Theed, the cantina was... empty. It almost felt like a raid had cleared it! Some guy, Lawke, was looking for Karlton, the bar owner. I said I would pass the message when I see him. I guess I was just in the cantina too early. After sitting about for an hour, people began coming in. Karlton and his new bouncer for the door. COE entertainers. They are the best in the glalaxy! I decided I would sit and listen to news and music again for a bit. Hauke pushed spice again and convinced another peraon to join his crime ring. An man named Mobo Cab, an assassin, was there. You would think assassins woulf be more discreet. And he was overtly Imperial too! Oh HEY!! BorDesc!!! BorDesc came in! We sat and got caught up a bit. He is still a doc. We reminisced a bit. I do still miss him. But... oh well. Elca introduced me to one of her protectors, Diecam, a Zabrak. ANd then Maxell finally came in. *smile* He looked over at me sipping a drink. (hot chocolate I brought myself) He promtly went to the bartender to tell him something as he occasionally glanced over at me. *???* When he returned, he assured me that he was not buying spice and offered his pack for me to see. I believe him. He then told me he was not going to use Ebe's house that she dropped down for his use to get off the spice. He and Cym found something better. He told me to trust him. *trust*
Maxell and I then went over to the med centre to heal his "scratches".
